The 100-story tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard delivers 360 residences plus a 205-room Waldorf Astoria hotel below the residential floors. Architecturally the tower is composed of nine offset cubes stacked vertically — a distinctive architectural signature designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects. The stacked-cube form gives each residence floor a unique exposure orientation, distinguishing it from Miami's typical curtain-wall slab towers. Pricing for the residences begins at approximately $1M for studios and entry-tier one-bedrooms, ascending through $10M+ for higher-floor multi-bedroom inventory and $35M+ for the supertall penthouses. The hotel + residential combination delivers full Waldorf Astoria brand service standards — including the brand's signature 24-hour butler service. The development team includes PMG, Greybrook, S2 Development, and Mohari Hospitality. Completion is targeted for 2026-2027. The Waldorf Astoria is the only supertall residential tower in South Florida and will reset the city's skyline geometry permanently.
